FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HARGA SAHAM DI PASAR MODAL

ABSTRAK
Penelitian tesis ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis risiko dan return serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham pada sektor infrastruktur Telekomunikasi di Bursa Efek Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga berdasarkan pada data sekunder yang diperoleh dari 2 perusahaan infrastruktur Telekomunikasi, yaitu PT.Indosat,Tbk dan PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia,Tbk di BEJ selama 58 bulan (bulan Desember 1995 – September 2000). Selain itu data sekunder lainnya diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statustik, yaitu : Inflansi, Kurs (Rp/$) dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram, sedangkan data tentang Suku Bunga Deposito/SBD (Rp/1 bulan) diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia.
Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression) untuk setiap saham infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan memakai program komputer MICROSOFT EXEL 97 versi 7.0 untuk multiple regression.
Uji hipotesis dimana melihat hubungan antara risiko dan return, hubungan antara harga saham dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, dalam hal Suku Bunga Deposito (Rp/1 bulan), Inflasi, Kurs (Rp/$) dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram. Kedua hubungan tersebut memakai teknik korelasi produk momen dari Pearson.
Berdasarkan hipotesis pada tesis ini, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat hasil (return) yang diharapkan, semakin tinggi pada risiko yang dihadapi. Naik turunnya Suku Bunga Deposito (SBD), Inflasi, Kurs (Rp/$) dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram berpengaruh terhadap turunnya harga saham infrastruktur telekomunikasi. Dalam hal ini SBD berpengaruh negatif, Inflasi berpengaruh negatif, Kurs (Rp/$) berpengaruh positif dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram berpengaruh negatif.
Hasil penelitian tesis ini menunjukan semakin besar return saham PT.Indosat,Tbk maupun saham PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia,Tbk semakin besar pula resikonya. Total Risiko Portofolio saham sektor inftrastruktur telekomunikasi di BEJ dengan menggunakan metode markowitz diversification adalah 39.05 Koefisien korelasi return saham PT.Indosat,Tbk dan return saham PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia,Tbk adalah 0,62 artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara return keduanya, karena kedua saham tersebut berada pada sektor yang sama yaitu sektor infrastruktur telekomunikasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham PT.Indosat,Tbk yaitu SBD dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram dan Kurs (Rp/US$) berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh negatif. Untuk PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk inflasi dan Kurs berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham sedangkan SBD dan Harga emas 24 karat/gram berpengaruh positif.

FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE MARKET PRICE OF SHARES IN THE CAPITAL

ABSTRACT
This thesis research has the objective to analyze the risk and return and the factors that affect stock prices in the sector Telecommunications infrastructure in the Jakarta Stock Exchange. This research was also based on secondary data obtained from the 2 Telecommunications infrastructure company, which is PT.Indosat, Tbk and PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk the JSE during the 58 months (December 1995 - September 2000). In addition secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau Statustik, namely: Inflansi, Exchange Rate (Rp / $) and 24-carat gold prices / gram, while data on Deposit Interest Rates / SBD (USD / 1 month) obtained from Bank Indonesia.
Analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression) for each share of telecommunications infrastructure and using computer programs MICROSOFT Exel 97 version 7.0 for multiple regression. Hypothesis testing where the relationship between risk and return, the relationship between stock prices and the factors that influence it, in the case of Deposit Interest Rate (USD / 1 month), Inflation, Exchange Rate (Rp / $) and the price of 24 carat gold / gram. Both these relationships using correlation techniques of Pearson product moment. Based on the hypothesis of this thesis, the higher the level of results (return) is expected, the higher the risk. Ups and downs of Deposit Interest Rate (SBD), Inflation, Exchange Rate (Rp / $) and 24-carat gold price / gram effect on stock prices falling telecommunications infrastructure. In this case SBD negative effect, negative effect Inflation, Exchange Rate (Rp / $) is positive and the price of 24 carat gold / gram negative effect.
This thesis research results show increasingly greater return PT.Indosat shares, or shares PT.Telekomunikasi Tbk Indonesia, Tbk the greater the risk. Total Risk Portfolio shares of the telecommunications sector in the JSE inftrastruktur using Markowitz method Diversification is the correlation coefficient of 39.05 PT.Indosat stock return, stock return Tbk and PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk is 0.62 means that there is a strong relationship between return both, because both share are on the same sector of the telecommunications infrastructure sector.
Based on regression analysis of factors that affect stock prices PT.Indosat, Tbk the SBD and 24 carat gold prices / gram, and Exchange Rate (Rp / US $) has a positive effect on stock prices, while the negative effect of inflation. To PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk inflation and exchange rate negatively affect the stock price while the SBD and 24-carat gold price / gram positive impact.

Role of the State Administration

Importance of the State administration of study associated with the fact that life becomes meaningless, except to the activities that are public. Everything related to the implementation of activities that are public have been covered in terms of the State administration, particularly in assessing public policy. In the development process as a consequence of the view that the State administration is the driving force of development, the State administration helped to improve the administrative capabilities.
This means that, in addition to providing skills in the areas of procedures, techniques, and mechanics, administrative study will provide scientific provisions on how to organize all the social energy and do an evaluation of activities. Thus, determination of public policy, both in the formulation stage, implementation, evaluation, termination amupun, always associated with aspects of productivity, practicality, wisdom, economy and appreciation of the prevailing value system.
The role of the State administration increasingly required in the very nature of globalization emphasize the principle of free persainagn. Politically, the role of the State administration is to maintain the stability of the State, both in terms of the territorial integrity or political unity. Economically, the role of the State administration is to ensure the ability of national economies to deal with and overcome the global competition.

Polisi Sipil

Polisi berwatak sipil dapat dimaknai dengan suatu cara perpolisian (Policing) yang dalam pekerjaannya tidak boleh menyebabkan manusia itu kehilangan harkat dan martabat kemanusiaannya. Menjalankan tugas tidak dengan menggunakan cara-cara gampang, pemaksaan, kekerasan berlebihan, tetapi bersedia mendengarkan dan memberitahu hakekat penderitaan manusia.
Polisi berwatak sipil melihat dimensi moral yang kental dalam pekerjaan kepolisian, oleh karena itu Polisi sipil berkaitan erat dengan Etika, sikap dan perilaku yang hanya mungkin digeser dengan menerapkan paradigma baru. Kemungkinan dapat terwujud jika ada kemandirian ( independency ) dalam penentuan anggaran dan pembinaan personil.
Ada beberapa Etika ciri-ciri Kepolisian Sipil :
a. Sopan, tertib bermoral dalam sikapnya
b. Menguasai diri, bertindak sabar serta bijak (wisdom)
c. Teliti dan rajin (correct) dalam tugas
d. Menjauhkan diri dari sifat kekerasan, kekejaman, kasar, cabul dan kata-kata kotor
e. Menghindarkan pembicaraan yang tidak perlu
